Kayleigh McEnany strikes Jim Acosta: "This isn’t a phase for cable information"

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany knocked down CNN's Jim Acosta for repeatedly interrupting her during a press conference on Friday.

CNN is mad at the President for sharing satirical videos!

During Friday's press conference, McEnany introduced Acosta for the first time, joking that she would have to limit him to 20 questions as he kept trying to say the last word. Acosta began his questioning about the upcoming President’s rally whether any White House officials would wear masks.

The Acosta poll then turned out to be a meme video that the president tweeted on Thursday evening and which made fun of CNN for repeatedly making false headlines.

Acosta called this clearly satirical video "fake video" and found that Twitter had called it "manipulated media".

"Why does the President share fake videos on Twitter about two toddlers who obviously love each other? It seems like he's exploiting children to make a blatant political point, ”Acosta said.

"He specifically referred to CNN," McEnany replied, adding that "CNN has regularly taken him out of context and that CNN has repeatedly misleadingly broadcast a clip from one perspective in 2019 to falsely accuse the Covington boys of being" Students in MAGA gear harass an elder of Native Americans, "This is a harassing video, a misleading video about children that has had really serious consequences for their future."

McEnany: "You have to let me finish Jim!"

After a few more questions on this point, Acosta McEnany kept interrupting and talking about him. At this point, she verbally knocked him down.

"You have to get me ready, Jim, this is not a cable news segment. I'm just answering your question from the White House podium," McEnany replied.

This is exactly what Acosta deserved because it was so rude! If you ask a question, why should you repeatedly and rude interrupt the person trying to answer them? Maybe he just couldn't face the truth that CNN was wrong!
