Trump's grand scheme to show up at a Republican-led Senate hearing on electoral fraud failed when the president canceled his trip.

Rudy Giuliani couldn't go on the trip with Trump because two people who attended his last press conference with him got coronavirus.
It appears that Trump's plan was to make a splash with Rudy and attend the hearing to make the claim that his election was stolen. Instead, Trump will continue to sulk at the White House until he goes to his Florida club at some point this holiday season.
Trump recently wanted to commit electoral fraud, but instead it was another humiliating defeat for a president who has only lost for more than three weeks.
