Trump will get the judicial victories

Say what you will be saying about the president since election day, but one thing is clear to any Republican or Conservative: the man did an exemplary job of putting skilled Conservatives in the bank, and he still does.

Trump was successful in Supreme Court appointments

Not only were his three Supreme Court appointments close to perfection in that they are lawyers who are not political hacks, but the sheer number of lower court appointments was astounding. Combine that with the likely Republican majority in the Senate, big advances in the House of Representatives, a legislative battle last November, and the upcoming redistribution, and you have what it takes to be a bulwark against Joe Biden and the authoritarian socialists he brings to office.

If Joe Biden acts unconstitutionally, our judges will be there. If he exceeds his power, our judges will stop him. If he tries to end the law, our judges will be waiting for him. And that's thanks to President Trump. Even if he won't be in the Oval Office for the next four years, his legacy will continue to protect America.

FNC tells us how:

"President Trump added to his list of successful court appointments on Tuesday with the confirmation of Thomas Kirsch II. As a judge on the 7th Court of Appeals. Kirsch, who served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, is filling the position that was vacant when Judge Amy Coney Barrett left Circuit 7 to join the Supreme Court. "

"Congratulations to this great Hoosier, Judge Thomas Kirsch!" tweeted Vice President Mike Pence, who is a former governor of Indiana. "

Even Democrats admit Kirsch is qualified

Even Senator Dick Durbin, a Democrat from Illinois, said, “I know the man. He is a qualified person. "

Durbin still said he was appalled at the "extraordinary process" Republicans used to validate it. He's really appalled that we still have the Senate and will likely hold it. With all the Biden Hoopla they didn't win this fight and it drives them to bark bonkers.

Kirsch is the 54th judge appointed by the president to rise to a federal appeals court and the 230th Trump federal judge overall. More are likely to follow as the president enjoys a sweet repayment if an election is stolen.

On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted yes to the appointment of Raul M. Arias-Marxuach, whom Trump had selected for the First Circle Court of Appeals. Trump's candidate for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Katherine A. Crytzer, also put her confirmation to the vote in the Senate on Wednesday morning. She passed.

With just over a month in office, the president has confirmed hundreds of candidates for justice during his tenure. There are currently 56 vacancies in federal courts, 33 nominations are still pending. They are also on his pages. If he leaves Washington, most will be safe in office.
