Recently, Donald Trump has tweeted support for conservative channels OAN and Newsmax. Still, at any point in time, Trump is likely to watch Fox News.
Fox News anchors are aware of their special access to the president. Often times, the Fox personalities appear to be speaking directly to Trump. And sometimes it's clear that the president is watching and reacting to what he sees on TV.
That was clear on Wednesday when Georgia Governor Geoff Duncan appeared on Sandra Smith's show.
Commenting on Trump's election fraud claims, Duncan said, "I think it continues to hurt the Republican Party brand. You know, we only have four years to figure out how to get back to the White House. I think there is an easier way to do that Explain loss. This is a death by a thousand cuts. This is not the greatest conspiracy in human history. "
Almost immediately after Duncan uttered those words, Trump started tweeting. "Watch Fox News is almost as bad as watching CNN fake news, ”the president wrote. "New alternatives are developing!"

Trump then aimed directly at Duncan and wrote, “Brian Kemp, his puppet Lt. Governor Geoff Duncanand Foreign Ministers are disasters for Georgia. Don't let professionals go near Fulton County to verify their signatures or anything. You are virtually controlled by Stacey Abrams & the Democrats. Fools! "
