Fox Information' Chris Wallace asks GOP Senator Cornyn if it might assist to query Biden's psychological skills
After years of constantly questioning former President Donald Trump's mental state, Fox News host Chris Wallace suddenly seems to think that questioning a president's mental abilities is a bad idea, after Joe Biden is in office.
Wallace calls Cornyn
On Sunday, Wallace called Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) about a tweet allegedly suggesting that Biden is not really responsible.
"The president doesn't conduct cable news interviews," Cornyn tweeted earlier this week. "Tweets from his account are limited and, when they come, inconceivably conventional."
"Most of the public comments are written in scripts," he added. "Biden has opted for fewer seated interviews with mainstream outlets and reporters."

"My question, is it helpful to tweet out President Biden's mental capabilities?" Wallace asked.

"Well, Chris, thanks for asking because I think there is a lot of confusion about this in the Twitterverse. That was actually a quote from a Politico story that I tweeted and then just asked a question," answered Cornyn.
“I'm trying to reconcile the Joe Biden we heard about on January 20th with the Joe Biden many of us know from his previous service in the United States Senate from the Joe Biden we are through now $ 1.9 jamming sees trillion spending, ”he continued.
"I learned in Washington that you not only have to listen to what people say, but also watch what they do. And so far there's been a conflict that I'm trying to reconcile, and I bet I'm not that only one. "

However, this did not seem to satisfy Wallace.
"But only very quickly do you have questions as to whether or not Joe Biden is really responsible and whether, to be honest, he's up to the job?" Wallace asked.
"This tweet was not meant to say anything about the president's physical or mental competence," said Cornyn. "I know some people suggested that, and that was certainly not my intention."
"I was just trying to balance rhetoric with reality," he concluded. "And we need the reality that fits the rhetoric, and it doesn't fit right now."
