A new book has shockingly claimed that former President Barack Obama cursed reporters he described as "aloof".
"Motherf – I'm distant from you because I don't want to talk to you," Obama reportedly told an unnamed Democratic presidential candidate last year, according to Business Insider. This was revealed in the book "Battle for the Soul: In the Democrats' Campaigns to Defeat Trump" by Atlantic journalist Edward-Isaac Dovere.
This reportedly happened when Obama was meeting with Democratic candidates during the busy season. The book also claims that Obama routinely destroyed Trump behind the scenes. Obama is quoted in the book as allegedly calling Trump a "madman," a "racist, sexist pig," "that damn madman" and a "corrupt motherfather".

Obama slams Trump
The fact that Obama went so far privately in his attacks on Trump is no great surprise considering what he has said publicly about his successor. Earlier this month it was reported that Obama had criticized Trump's handling of COVID-19 while reaching out to former members of his administration, describing it as an "absolute chaotic disaster".
"We are fighting these long-term trends where being selfish, tribal, divided and seeing others as enemies has become a stronger impulse in American life." Incidentally, we also see this internationally. This is one of the reasons the response to this global crisis has been so anemic and patchy, "Obama said, according to Yahoo News.
"It would have been bad even with the best governments," he added. "It was an absolutely chaotic catastrophe when this way of thinking – what's in it for me" and "has to do with everyone else" – is operationalized in this government. "

Throughout 2020, Obama tried hard to fight Trump, saying his presidency "exceeded" his worst fears.
"If only we had taken these steps, we would undoubtedly have saved some lives and, ironically, the economy would be better," Obama told late night host Stephen Colbert. "You couldn't make up some of the things you see. And it's at the expense of the country. But like you said. It's against good policy for Republicans to keep the White House alive."
