Kayleigh McEnany, former press secretary for Donald Trump, spoke out this week to beat up CNN's Brian Stelter after reviling Joe Biden's administration.
McEnany was concerned that in an interview with Biden's press officer Jen Psaki, Stelter was not following the controversial emails from Dr. Anthony Fauci asked who just came out.
"The fact that there was an entire press conference that passed after Fauci's emails got out, and there was no question about Dr. Fauci's explosive emails until the next briefing when Fox News was in the room … that's called investigative journalism, "she said, according to the Daily Mail. “It's called your job. The press doesn't do it. Day after day after day. It's embarrassing."
Stelter was accused of asking Psaki "softball" questions and infamous asking her, "What is the press doing wrong when it covers Biden's agenda?"

McEnany felt sick when she saw the interview.
"Brian Stelter is a left lap dog and not a serious journalist, I think anyone can tell," she said. “I wish he had asked me such a question! But what are you doing wrong as a press? Let me give you a clue. "
"Asking about Joe Biden's dog from the White House press room, asking about Joe Biden's cat, Joe Biden's opinion of the Air Force One color scheme, and how it felt to run in the oval on day one," she said.

“We didn't get such questions. The question I received was, 'Is the President glad the South lost the Civil War?' ”McEnany went on. "It was this kind of goofy, ridiculous coverage of the Trump administration that contrasts so sharply with what the press is doing wrong in Joe Biden's America."

Glenn Greenwald weighs in
Even the conservative commentator Glenn Greenwald was disgusted with the interview.
"I'm not exaggerating when I say that the 'interview' @brianstelter did with Jen Psaki yesterday should be studied in journalism school," he wrote on Twitter. “It's one of the most submissive civil servant interviews you will ever see. This is how state television works … "
