Melania fires back in true Trump style at the former advisor's Tell-All book

Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham, best known for rarely holding press conferences, now speaks – a lot – in a new book entitled "I Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw From Trump in the White House . ”

A preview received from Politico shows the book's attempt to portray the former first lady as a distant elite.

However, Melania has already shot back in a way only the Trumps know about.

A couple of the catty extracts

Like other former Trump-era employees, Stephanie Grisham appears to be claiming to be a Trump loyalist, but that seems to have evaporated. What is unusual for those who did Trump, however, is that Grisham has been with Team Trump since 2015.

One allegedly "juicy" story is that on the afternoon of January 6th, when rioters entered the Capitol, then First Lady Grisham's chief of staff texted Melania asking if she would like to tweet Grisham: "Peaceful protests are" the right one every American, but there is no place for lawlessness and violence? Grisham says that about a minute later, Melania simply replied "no".

Grisham adds that the White House was preparing for a photoshoot of a carpet that the first lady had recently picked out. The implication was that the first lady's priorities were a little wrong.

On several other post-election occasions, Grisham asked Trump if she should arrange a meeting with the new first lady Jill Biden, a tradition for first ladies when there is a change of power. She says Melania's only answer was that they "should see what the west wing is doing".

Grisham suspected that Melania agreed with her husband, believing the choice was fraudulent.

Whether the rest of the book will be juicier or whether Politico will just publish most of the anti-Trump plays remains to be seen.

Melania answers

As expected, Melania Trump's reaction shows that she has learned from the best.

A statement released by her office reads in part:

“The intent behind this book is obvious. It is an attempt to make amends in the White House after poor performance as a press officer, failed personal relationships, and unprofessional behavior. Through distrust and betrayal, she tries to gain relevance and money at the expense of Mrs. Trump. "

There is speculation that the reference to "failed personal relationships" refers to Grisham's relationship with former Trump adviser Max Miller. According to a July Politico report, multiple sources said the relationship ended when Miller allegedly pounded Grisham against a wall in his apartment and hit her after accusing Miller of cheating on her.

Miller denies the allegations.

Like every wife and mother, Melania Trump has vigorously defended her husband and son Barron in the past.

She says of 15-year-old Barron that he is “a very strong-willed, very special boy”. She adds, "He's independent and headstrong and knows exactly what he wants."

Politico also claims that a "source" says that Grisham "… has secrets about Trump that even the first lady does not know. Secrets he doesn't want her to know. You will be in this book. "

It is sad to see former White House employees "judicially".

I will only show love and respect to President Trump, Melania and the family and be grateful for the opportunity I have been given to stand up for my President.
